Landscapers that answer their phones

Wow, what a concept!  I called no less than 6 companies.  Only 2 of them actually answered their phones.  2 others the phone just rang and rang.  Maybe they already have too much business.  I got only 1 call back from another 4 days later.  The most outstanding is NativeSons and they’re out of San Ramon and have been in business for over 20 years.  They have someone answer their phones when you call and they actually get back to you right away.  I met with Chad, told him what we needed, and he didn’t try to sell me on anything over and above.  All we needed was some sod and irrigation.  He explained all of the options and his price was one of the lowest, too.  I’ll post again on how the job turns out.  If their work is anything like their customer service, it should look great.  They can be reached at (925) 837-4132.
